Meet Mayo 2026

Exciting News for Mayo Businesses!

Did you know that Mayo boasts nearly 5,000 thriving businesses, and new ventures are sprouting up each month? Imagine tapping into this vibrant community to unlock fresh customers and potential suppliers locally!

Be part of Mayo Ideas Month and join Meet Mayo – the ultimate networking and business promotion event for all local entrepreneurs. This county-wide gathering, organised by the Local Enterprise Office, aims to connect businesses in a relaxed, informal setting.

Our mission is simple – let as many businesses as possible know about your offerings and connect with others in the County. This unique B2B networking opportunity awaits you!

Mark your calendars for Friday 23rd October 2026, from 9 am to 1 pm, at Ballinrobe Racecourse.

The registration deadline is 12pm on Friday 16th October 2026.

This year, Meet Mayo will include one-to-one sessions between your business and specialists in recruitment/retention, marketing, tech etc. 3 mentors will be on site all morning to consult with, and this is a great chance for a face to face meeting with an expert, in a broader business environment. It should lead to useful discussions for your business.

The 3 mentors are: Michael Killcullen, Fran Best and Aiden Gill.

Every business that attends will get a small table with which to exhibit themselves, and all businesses are encouraged to do so. Ideally, if 2 people can attend from a business, this allows one person to man the table, while the other circulates, however, all businesses are welcome.

Doors are open at 830, and the event begins at 9am sharp.
